These Terms & Conditions are important and should be carefully noted.

Top it Up has provided you with a Retailer App for the management of services offered by Top it Up. Top it Up applies reasonable security measures and processes; however, use of the App may expose you to risk through your device hardware, software, network security, or unauthorised access to your Top it Up account and all of its Wallets, as well as confidential business and personal information.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, passwords and OTPs. These may not be shared with any employee or third party. All transactions processed using your credentials will be regarded as authorised by you.

Top it Up accepts no responsibility for disputes on any payments to other stores, suppliers or products as well as incorrect payments, delivery of goods, pricing issues, or retailer input errors.

Cash deposits must not be made for the purpose of funding Wholesaler / Supplier payments, unless expressly authorised by Top it Up. Charges will be applied for unauthorised deposits.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that Top it Up accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from use of the Retailer App.

Unlawful or unauthorised usage of this App may lead to suspension and/or legal action by Top it Up.
